What is included in the local package (8 hrs / 80 km)?
The local package includes driver charges, AC, GPS, music system, and first aid. Fuel, toll, parking, and GST are charged extra. If you exceed 8 hours or 80 km, extra charges apply at the per-km / per-hour rate.
How is the outstation rate calculated?
Outstation trips are billed on a per-km basis with a minimum of 250 km per day (300 km for 20-seater). The meter starts from the garage. Return journey is also billed. State permit charges apply for trips crossing West Bengal.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. We provide a written quotation before confirming your booking. The only additions to the quoted fare are fuel (which you or your quotation covers), toll & parking (actuals), and GST at 8%. Driver night allowance of ₹250/night applies for multi-day trips.
How much advance do I need to pay to confirm a booking?
A 20% advance confirms your booking. The balance is payable before the trip starts. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash.
Is a Maharaja or Luxury Tempo Traveller available for outstation?
Yes. Maharaja and Luxury models are available for outstation trips. Please call or WhatsApp us for a custom quote — these are priced higher due to premium fittings and are subject to availability.
What if the trip is cancelled?
Cancellations made 48+ hours before departure: full advance refund. 24–48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund. We strongly recommend booking with adequate lead time.
